Once your cart is ready, proceed to our secure checkout.

  • Delivery Method: You will see "Local Pickup" as the default (and currently only) shipping option.

  • Regional Customers: While we serve the entire Caribbean, please note that all orders must be physically collected at our Trinidad storefront.

  • Payment: We accept major credit cards and secure online payment methods.

📧 Step 3: Wait for the "Ready" Notification

After placing your order, our team will verify inventory and prepare your gear.

  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an immediate email confirming your purchase.

  • Ready for Pickup: Please wait for a second notification email explicitly stating that your order is ready. This ensures your equipment is staged and waiting for you.

  • Monday – Friday: 10am to 5pm

  • Saturday: 10am to 5pm

  • Sunday & Public Holidays: Closed

  2. A valid Government-issued Photo ID that matches the name on the order.


❓ Frequently Asked Questions

Can I have someone else pick up my order? For your security, we prefer the cardholder to collect the items. If you need to send a representative, please notify us in writing beforehand with their full name, and ensure they have the order confirmation number.

Do you offer regional shipping to other islands? Please contact us via Whatsapp to make arrangements

Can I get an installation quote when I arrive? Absolutely. We’re more than just a shop. While you're here, our team can discuss professional installation and tuning to ensure your new gear performs at its peak.

What is the return policy? We recommend inspecting all items at the shop during pickup. Our standard return policy applies once the gear leaves the shop.
